With more than 10 years of experience in the mining industry, Diego has an extensive career in the sector, with the unique perspective of having held relevant positions in the government field, in law firms and in companies. Throughout his career he has addressed a broad spectrum of legal matters, including regulation, social and environmental governance (ESG), corporate law and contracts. In many of these roles, he also led external relations and liaison with key government and civil society actors.

He is a professor of Administrative Law and Mining Law in master's programs at the National University of Catamarca, the Catholic University of Salta, the Austral University, the National University of La Plata and the University of Belgrano, among others. He has been a speaker at numerous conferences and has published several articles and works on mining law and administrative law.
